Wanna kill flashy.exe? The do this and be the "Manual AVG" Open command prompt and on C:, type "type autorun.inf". If a bunch of text appear, type "attrib -a -s -h -r autorun.inf", then type "del autorun.inf". Once done, do the same thing, but this time, replace "autorun.inf" with "flashy.exe" . Go to another disk and do these steps again. If its on a USB, do this thing first: Hold Shift and plug your USB. Keep holding Shift. Do the same processes mentioned above. NOTE! The method above won't be eefective on USB's if your computer's local disks are infected with flashy, so remove flashy on your comp before doing it on your USB! GOOD LUCK!
